Approval of authorised treatment facilities and exporters U.K.

81.—(1) The appropriate authority [F1 must] maintain and publish a list of all AATFs, operators of AATFs and approved exporters.

(2) The appropriate authority [F2 must] publish the format in which the information referred to in Part 1 of Schedule 11 must be submitted to it in an application for approval made under regulation 61 or in an application for an extension of a grant of approval made under regulation 62.
