PART 2Conditions of approval of authorised treatment facilities

16.

An evidence note for reuse as a whole appliance will not be issued by an operator of an AATF—

(a)

for more than the total amount of WEEE received for reuse as a whole appliance by, or on behalf of, that AATF in the relevant approval period; or

(b)

for any WEEE in respect of which evidence of reuse has been issued by another AATF or an approved exporter.
