Misleading the PRA or FCA45
Section 398 of FSMA (misleading FCA or PRA: residual cases) applies to a requirement imposed by or under—
a
the capital requirements regulation;
b
a directly applicable regulation made under the capital requirements directive or capital requirements regulation; or
c
these Regulations;
as it applies to a requirement imposed by or under FSMA.
