32. In section 25(1C) of the Consumer Credit Act 1974(1) (licensee to be a fit person) for the words “Directive 2006/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of credit institutions (as that annex was last amended by Directive 2009/111/EC)” substitute “Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 June 2013 relating to the activity of credit institutions and the prudential supervision of credit institutions and investment firms, amending Directive 2002/87/EC and repealing Directives 2006/48/EC and 2006/49/EC.”.
1974 c. 39. Section 25(1C) was inserted by S.I. 2001/3649 and amended by S.I. 2006/3221, S.I. 2007/126 and S.I. 2011/99. It is repealed by S.I. 2013/1881.
