In section 55Z2 (notification of EBA) M1—

a

at the end of subsection (1)(a) omit “or”;

b

at the end of subsection (1)(b), insert “ and the reasons for the cancellation; or ”;

c

after subsection (1)(b) insert—

c

the giving by it of a Part 4A permission to a credit institution whose head office is not in an EEA State.
