Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

72.  In rule 28.2—

(a) in paragraph (1)—

(i) omit “and to paragraph (2)”;

(ii) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) in the definition of “authorised court officer” in rule 44.1(1), for the words in sub-paragraph (i) substitute “the family court”;”; and

(iii) omit sub-paragraph (b); and

(b) omit paragraph (2).
