95. Subject to any provision of regulations made under Part 9 of the 2006 Act (charging) to the contrary and without prejudice to regulation 92(1)(a), any drug, appliance or container supplied under arrangements made by [F1NHS England] for the provision of pharmaceutical services must be supplied free of charge (although a prescription charge may be payable).
