11. The Contractor must continue to co-operate with an investigation of a complaint which is pending immediately before the appointed day in accordance with the terms of the GDS contract that give effect to paragraph 51 of Schedule 3 to the GDS Contracts Regulations as in force on or after the appointed day as if any act or omission by, or reference to, a Primary Care Trust or a Strategic Health Authority were an act or omission by or reference to [F1NHS England].
