PART 5 E+W+S Rate of personal independence payment

Rate of personal independence payment E+W+S

24.—(1) The prescribed weekly rates of the daily living component for the purposes of section 78(3) of the Act are—

(a) the standard rate, [F1 [F2 £61.85;]] and

(b) the enhanced rate, [F3 [F4 £92.40.]]

(2) The prescribed weekly rates of the mobility component for the purposes of section 79(3) of the Act are—

(a) the standard rate, [F5 [F6 £24.45;]] and

(b) the enhanced rate, [F7 [F8 £64.50.]]
