Paragraph 6(2)(b) of Schedule 4 was amended by paragraphs 32 and 33(1) and (3) of Schedule 2 to the State Pension Credit Act 2002, by paragraph 11(1) and (2)(a) of Schedule 3 to the Welfare Reform Act 2007 and by paragraphs 32 and 33(1) and (2)(b) of Schedule 2 to the 2012 Act. Paragraph 6 of Schedule 8 was amended by paragraph 176(18) of Schedule 13 to the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 (c.39), by paragraph 76(1) and (2)(c) of Schedule 2 to the Jobseekers Act 1995, by paragraphs 32 and 35(1), (2) and (3) of Schedule 2 to the State Pension Credit Act 2002, by paragraph 11(1) and (3) of Schedule 3 to the Welfare Reform Act 2007 and by paragraphs 32 and 34 of Schedule 2 to the 2012 Act.
