Amendment of regulation 19

15.—(1) Regulation 19 (social security benefits not to be sanctionable benefits) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (a), for “article 14 of the Naval, Military and Air Forces Etc. (Disablement and Death) Service Pensions Order 1983” substitute “article 8 of the Naval, Military and Air Forces Etc. (Disablement and Death) Service Pensions Order 2006(1)”.

(3) In paragraph (b), for “article 15 of the Order” substitute “article 9 of the Order”.

(4) In paragraph (c), for “article 26A” substitute “article 20”.
