Amendment of the Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 U.K.

13.—(1) The Child Support (Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases) Regulations 1992(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 2 (amounts to be disregarded when calculating or estimating n and m)—

(a) for paragraph 8 substitute—

“8.   Any disability living allowance, personal independence payment, mobility supplement or any payment intended to compensate for the non-payment of any such allowance, payment or supplement.”; and

(b) in paragraph 15(2) after “disability living allowance,” insert “personal independence payment,”.

(3) In Schedule 4 (cases where child support maintenance is not to be payable)—

(a) omit “and” at the end of paragraph (b)(x)(3); and

(b) after paragraph (c) insert—

“; and

(d) personal independence payment in accordance with Part 4 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012”.
