8. In regulation 2 (modification of the Act in relation to incapacity benefit, severe disablement allowance, unemployability supplement and maternity allowance), in paragraph (1A), of the Social Security Benefit (Persons Abroad) Regulations 1975(1) for “or disability living allowance” substitute “, disability living allowance or personal independence payment under Part 4 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012”.
