9.—(1) At the end of regulation 8(1) of the principal Regulations, insert—
“,
(h)a small waste incineration plant;
(i)a solvent emission activity”.
(2) At the end of regulation 8(4) of the principal Regulations, insert—
“;
(e)small waste incineration plant;
(f)solvent emission activity”.
