17.—(1) Regulation S2 (reduction of pension on return to NHS employment), is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (6), after “paragraph (3)” insert “or (3A)”.
(3) In paragraph (14)(1), in the definition of “actuarially reduced pension”, for “the member become entitled to a pension” substitute “the member had become entitled to a pension”.
The definition of “actuarially reduced pension” was inserted by S.I. 2008/654, regulation 57(1), (4).
