7.—(1) Regulation D1 (contributions by members)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) For the table in paragraph (1A), substitute—

(3) For paragraph (2A) substitute—
“(2A) Before determining those pensionable pay bands or contribution percentage rates under paragraph (2), the Secretary of State must consider the advice of the Scheme Actuary.”.
Paragraph (2A) was substituted by S.I. 2009/381, regulation 4 and amended by S.I. 2010/1634, regulations 2, 3(1), (4).
