[F1SCHEDULE 2E+WRemuneration of barristers in independent practice in relation to work that is not Controlled Work, advocacy services in family proceedings or other legal services in relation to inquests

1.  For the purpose of this Schedule—

“junior counsel” means a barrister in independent practice of less than 10 years call; and

“senior counsel” means a barrister in independent practice of 10 years call or more.
