7.—(1) The fixed amounts and hourly rates for representation in the Crown Court in proceedings prescribed as criminal proceedings under section 14(h) of the Act (other than an appeal from a magistrates' court [F1or where paragraph 5A applies]) are specified in the table following this sub-paragraph and this Unit of Work is subject to an Upper Limit of [F2£1,574.06].
