These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Information-sharing in relation to Welfare Services etc.) Amendment and Prescribed Bodies Regulations 2013.

They come into force on 1st April 2013.

In these Regulations “the 2012 Act” means the Welfare Reform Act 2012.
