105. In article 7(2) (restrictions on the disclosure of information) of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005(1), for sub-paragraph (e) substitute—
“(e)the Financial Conduct Authority;
(ea)the Prudential Regulation Authority;”.
