18.  In the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 1997(1)—

(a)in paragraph 1 of Schedule 5A, in sub-paragraph (e) for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”;

(b)after that sub-paragraph insert—

“(ea)the Prudential Regulation Authority;”.
