186. In paragraph 17 of Schedule 2 to the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010(1) (regulated activities: general exceptions) for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
