90.  In article 2(2) of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Designation of Prosecuting Authorities) Order 2004(1), for “the Financial Services Authority;” substitute—

  • “the Financial Conduct Authority;

  • the Bank of England;

  • the Prudential Regulation Authority;”.
