Amendments to the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 200854
In rule 17 (withdrawal)—
a
in paragraph (1)(a), omit “at any time before a hearing to consider the disposal of the proceedings (or, if the Tribunal disposes of the proceedings without a hearing, before that disposal),”;
b
in paragraph (5), for “of a withdrawal” substitute “that a withdrawal has taken effect”.
