18.—(1) Section 32(1) (Northern Ireland) is amended as follows.U.K.

(2) In subsection (1), for “Authority”, in each place, substitute “FCA”.

(3) In subsection (2), for “the Authority” substitute “each of the FCA and the PRA”.
