SCHEDULE 9 U.K. Amendments of the Friendly Societies Act 1992

46.—(1) Section 111(1) (evidence) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1)(2), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.

(3) In subsections (1A) and (1B), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.
