The Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 200594 is amended as follows.

In article 7(2) for sub-paragraph (j) substitute—
j
a recognised investment exchange, a recognised clearing house, an EEA central counterparty or a third country central counterparty (as defined by section 285 of that Act); and
