Amendment to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005 U.K.

38.—(1) The Pension Protection Fund (PPF Ombudsman) Order 2005(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 7(2) for sub-paragraph (j) substitute—

“(j) a recognised investment exchange, a recognised clearing house, an EEA central counterparty or a third country central counterparty (as defined by section 285 of that Act); and”.
