Amendment to the Financial Assistance Scheme (Appeals) Regulations 2005I139

The Financial Assistance Scheme (Appeals) Regulations 200595 are amended as follows.

In regulation 28(3) for sub–paragraph (k) substitute—
k
a recognised investment exchange, recognised clearing house, EEA central counterparty or third country central counterparty (as defined by section 285 of that Act); and
