2.—(1) The Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Public Guardian Regulations 2007(1) (“the 2007 Regulations”) are amended in accordance with regulations 3 to 12.
(2) In these Regulations, a reference to a regulation by number alone is a reference to that regulation so numbered in the 2007 Regulations.
