The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10(3) and 45(1) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000(1), makes the following Regulations.

2000 c. 37. Section 45(1) contains a definition of “regulations” for the purposes of Part 1 of the Act.
