The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 42, 56, 88(3A), 102(4), 114(2), 123(4) and 232(3)(b) of, and paragraphs 2 and 4 of Schedule 6 to, the Planning Act 20081 makes the following Regulations:
