SCHEDULE 5PART 1 OF SCHEDULE 3 TO THE HOUSING BENEFIT REGULATIONS AS AMENDED BY THIS ORDER

PART 1Personal Allowances

1.  (1) The amounts specified in column (2) below in respect of each person or couple specified in column (1) shall be the amounts specified for the purposes of regulations 22(a) and 23(a) and (b)—

(a)the claimant is entitled to main phase employment and support allowance;(a)£112.55;
(b)at least one member is aged not less than 18;(b)£112.55;
(c)both members are aged less than 18.(c)£85.80.

2.(1) (2) The amounts specified in column (2) below in respect of each person specified in column (1) shall, for the relevant period specified in column (1), be the amounts specified for the purposes of regulations 22(b) and 23(c)—
