Savings on and after 1st April 2014 (England and Wales and Scotland)6

Despite the commencement of the repeal of Part IV of the 1986 Act, sections 36(1), 39(2) and (3), 48 to 50 and 55 of, and paragraphs 9 to 11 of Schedule 1 to, that Act continue to have effect on and after 1st April 2014 in relation to any failure before 1st April 2014 to comply with conditions imposed under that Part.
