Amendment of the Child Support Departure Direction and Consequential Amendments Regulations 1996 U.K.

13.—(1) The Child Support Departure Direction and Consequential Amendments Regulations 1996(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 6(d) of regulation 15 (illness or disability), after “Welfare Reform Act 2012” insert “, armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011”.
