There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Armed Forces and Reserve Forces Compensation Scheme (Consequential Provisions: Subordinate Legislation) Order 2013, Paragraph 2.
2.—(1) The Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 9(2) (conditions relating to residence and presence in Great Britain)(2)—
(a)omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (b)(iii); and
(b)after sub-paragraph (b)(iii) insert—
“(iiia)armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011; or ”.
