The Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 200588 are amended as follows.

In regulation 10(1A) (arrears of benefit excluded from the assets of the deceased)89 at the end of paragraph (ee) insert—
“;
(ff)
armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011.”.
