Amendment of the Criminal Defence Service (Financial Eligibility) Regulations 2006

The Criminal Defence Service (Financial Eligibility) Regulations 200690 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation (2)(1)(interpretation) in the paragraph defining “gross annual income”, after sub-paragraph (f) insert—
“(g)
any armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011;”.
