SCHEDULE U.K.ARMED FORCES INDEPENDENCE PAYMENTS: CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS

Amendment of the Criminal Defence Service (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2009 U.K.

41.—(1) The Criminal Defence Service (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2009(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation (2)(1)(interpretation) in the paragraph defining “gross annual income”, after sub-paragraph (g) insert—

“(h) any armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011;”.
