The Council Tax (Discount Disregards) Order 199222 is amended as follows.

In article 3(2) (the severely mentally impaired), after sub-paragraph (l)23 insert—
“(m)
armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011.”.
