SCHEDULE U.K.ARMED FORCES INDEPENDENCE PAYMENTS: CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS

Amendment of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013 U.K.

54.—(1) The Universal Credit Regulations 2013(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation) in the definition of “attendance allowance”, after paragraph (1)(e) insert—

“(f) armed forces independence payment under the Armed Forces and Reserve Forces (Compensation Scheme) Order 2011;”.
