6. In section 3(2)(b) of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969 (employers exempted from insurance)(1), after “Metropolis” insert “, the Scottish Police Authority and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.

1969 c.57. Section 3(2)(b) was amended by the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (c.13), Schedule 16, paragraph 92. There are other amendments to that paragraph not relevant to this Order.
