76. In regulation 4(3)(e) of the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1998 (exceptions)(1), for “a relevant” to “(asp 5))” substitute “the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.

S.I. 1998/494. Regulation 4(3)(e) has been amended by the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/2060), Schedule 1, Part 2, paragraph 13. There are other amendments to that regulation not relevant to this Order.
