Scotland Act 1998 (Concurrent Functions) Order 1999
77.—(1) Schedule 2 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Concurrent Functions) Order 1999(1) is modified as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2(a)(ii), for “relevant” to “(asp 5))” substitute “the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.
(3) In paragraph 2(b)(iii), for “relevant authorities” substitute “the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.
(4) In paragraph 2(b)(iv), for “relevant authorities” substitute “the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service”.

S.I, 1999/1592. Schedule 2 has been amended by the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/2060), Schedule 1, Part 2, paragraph 14.
