83. In paragraph 1(2)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) (No. 2) Order 2003 (functions under the 2000 Act)(1), for sub-head (i) substitute—
“(i)the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland; or”.
