These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 6 April 2013.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations extend to England and Wales only.

Regulations 8 to 18 extend to all of the United Kingdom in so far as they impose any obligation or confer any power on Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, an employer or a borrower in relation to repayments under Part 3 or 4 of the Education (Student Loans) (Repayment) Regulations 20093.
