In regulation 29—
a
in paragraph (7) for “paragraph (8)” substitute “paragraphs (8) and (9)”; and
b
after paragraph (8) insert—

The repayment threshold where a borrower has a post-2012 student loan and a student loan which is not a post-2012 student loan is that set out in paragraph (7)(a), (b) or (c) (as the case may be).
