18. The Community Charges (Deductions from Income Support)(Scotland) Regulations 1989(1) are amended in accordance with regulations 19 to 22.

S.I.1989/507 (S.59) as amended by S.I.1990/113 (S.9). These Regulations lapsed on 1st April 1993 on the repeal of the enabling power but that power is saved in respect of recovery of community charges falling due before that date by S.I.1993/1780.
