PART 2 AMENDMENTS OF PRIMARY LEGISLATION

Amendment of the Rent Act 1977

3.  In section 72A of the Rent Act 1977 (amounts attributable to services)(1), after “Benefits Act 1992” insert “or to assist the Secretary of State in the administration of universal credit”.
