In column 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 (List of Government departments and other bodies whose views must be sought) to the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business Names (Sensitive Words and Expressions) Regulations 20096, for “Financial Services Authority”, in each place it appears, substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.
